We’re Hiring | Master Data Analyst

We’re currently hiring for a Master Data Analyst on behalf of a well-established multinational FMCG company, offering an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong maintenance planning, engineering, and asset management experience.

Location: Depok, West Java (On-site)

This role sits under the Engineering Department and is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing maintenance systems, asset reliability, and maintenance master data optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze existing Maintenance Task Lists (MTL) and Maintenance Plans Compare maintenance activities against OEM manuals and technical documentation

• Identify maintenance gaps and improve preventive maintenance strategies Create and update maintenance master data within SAP PM / CMMS / EAM systems

• Standardize maintenance data including frequencies, job steps, tools, labor, and spare parts requirements

• Collaborate with engineering and technician teams to validate maintenance strategies

• Maintain documentation, reporting, and data accuracy to support asset reliability and compliance

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Minimum D3/D4 degree 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, engineering, or master data management Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and OEM documentation

• Hands-on experience using SAP PM / CMMS / EAM systems

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Good cross-functional communication skills

• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities

• Conversational English proficiency
