Responsible for achieving property/mortgage product sales targets through agency network development and direct selling strategies with key activities such as:

• Recruiting Agents to develop the network according to the right profile
• Maintaining good working relationships with Agents to increase loyalty and generate productive Agents
• Segmenting Agents based on sales potential
• Conducting direct selling activities to support increased sales of Property/Mortgage products
• Visiting prospective customer assets to ensure feasibility in accordance with applicable provisions.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum S1 degree in any major
• Preferably has experience in Marketing/similar, especially in the Property/Mortgage segment.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to be placed in the Pamulang branch
• Has a private vehicle and active driving license
• Has good communication skills
• Has a high level of discipline
• Ready to work with targets.
• Willing to be placed in Depok
