UMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimal D3/S1 education according to the applied job position.

• Possess an active Registration Certificate (STR) and/or active Provisional STR (STRTTK) in accordance with professional provisions (for health personnel).

• Having work experience in the related field of hospitals or health services is an added value.

• Understand hospital service standards and patient safety.

• Able to work individually and in a multidisciplinary team.

• Have good communication skills, professional, and patient-oriented.

• Disciplined, meticulous, responsible, and have good work integrity.

• Willing to work in a shift system (for clinical and service operational positions).

• Willing to be placed in all work units as needed by the hospital.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Having experience in a structural/leadership position for Unit Head, Supervisor, and Manager positions is an added value.

• Having competency certification in the field (BTCLS, BLS, ICU, NICU, PPGD, IPCN, and the like) is an added value for nursing and critical units.

• Understand the JKN system, BPJS Kesehatan, Casemix, and hospital claim administration flow for related positions.

• Have an understanding in the field of pharmacy and drug distribution for pharmacy positions and pharmacy technical personnel.

• Have financial analysis skills, reporting, and administrative management for Finance & Accounting positions.

• Have communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills for Sales, Marketing, Corporate, and Insurance positions.

• Have patient service competencies (patient service excellence) for frontliner and service administration positions.
