GENERAL REQUIREMENTS * 3-5 years of leadership experience in the retail sector (FMCG preferred) * Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and guide teams effectively * Strong sales mindset with a track record of growing sales from 0 to 1 * Solid understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and loss reduction * High attention to detail, proactive, and analytical * Customer-centric with a positive, can-do attitude * Excellent communication and people development skills * Ability to coach, mentor, and grow team members * Cost-conscious and operationally efficient * English level required: Working proficiency * Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek Cikarang, Karawang, Subang, or Purwakarta
